Meet Elissa
I was born and raised in Connecticut where I lived until joining the United States Army in 2003 and relocated to South Korea. After serving, I moved back to the US to raise a family of four children, became a certified yoga instructor, and earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Wellness from Saint Joseph University in West Hartford, CT.
My approach to wellness is inspired by watching my children grow and how they react to the world around them. Wellness for me has been a constantly changing and shifting journey of exploring different ways of eating, different movement modalities, and finding balance through these explorations.
I believe that wellness comes from working to strengthen the mind and the body through mixed movement, yoga, meditation, healthy eating habits, and utilizing the healing properties of essential oils.
Nutrition and Wellness Coaching
Signing up for a nutrition and wellness session with me will be more than just talking about food. We will discuss your goals and then integrate multiple modalities of healing and support to help you on this journey. All nutrition sessions will include a meal, meditation, and movement plan. If you book multiple sessions, e-mail discussion and support is always available!

Yoga CLASSES
Virtually I am offering one-on-one online yoga classes as well as group classes.
I offer Momma Yoga to the Greater Hartford, CT area (bring your little ones to yoga with you!)
I am also available for private sessions in my home studio in Newington, CT or virtually. Take a look at my class offerings to learn more!
